继《半路夫妻》、《亲兄热弟》“亲情三部曲”系列的终极版《你是我的兄弟》把视角放在了普通百姓家，讲述了一家四兄弟在父母遭意外去世后，互相扶持成长，由于各自不同性格，历经不同成长道路中发生的事情。由彭三源、刘惠宁导演以及实力派创作班底联手打造。
电视剧《你是我的兄弟》主要是围绕四兄弟的成长史展开的，是一部偏重讲述男人内心情感的戏，但董洁在剧中扮演的“一枝花”是万绿丛中那一点“白”。剧中作为高干,子弟的她，出身在大户人家，每次总是身穿一袭白衣出现在人们的视线中，可以说是每个男孩子心目中“公主”。
你是我的兄弟剧中邓超扮演的老二马学军从第一次与董洁扮演的“一枝花”相遇就一发不可收拾的爱上了她。这份爱来的有些猝不及防、有些魂牵梦绕、更有些宿命的意味，一旦爱上就不可自拔。他们两个在剧中演绎了一段新鲜惊艳的爱情故事。
《你是我的兄弟》中的老二乍一看“有些混”，但重情重义，对感情绝对是坚定执着。他一次次的被 “一枝花”拒绝却仍不死心，然而董洁却因为邓超的“爱”备受委屈。其实他们之间早就相互心仪，老二的活力、聪明，甚至有点儿粗野的说话方式，都令“一枝花”心醉。但她却为了让他更好的生活一次次的拒绝了他的爱。最终为了让老二死心“一枝花”竟和张嘉译扮演的老大假扮起情侣，自己一人默默地承受着巨大的悲痛。
从小光彩照人的“一枝花”在失去爷爷庇护后， 霎时间失去了几分神采，显得有些孤立无助。她一下掉进世俗的火坑，面对爷爷秘书母子的冷嘲热讽和欺骗让这位一直高高在上的“公主”领略到几分世态炎凉。工作后她又因为看不惯溜须拍马而不被领导看好，在经历过结婚、离婚等一连串挫折后发生了巨大的改变。
